Brigade Group Developing Anna Salai’s Tallest Building in Chennai | SR News

By 2030, Anna Salai in Chennai will be home to a 150-meter-high, 38-storey building, expected to be the tallest on the road. Developed by Brigade Group with an investment of ?1,000 crore, it is part of a twin-tower project near the Thousand Lights metro station. Read SURFACES REPORTER (SR)’s complete report below:

The second tower will feature G+18 floors of office and retail space, standing 100 metres tall. The one million square foot project reflects Chennai's cultural identity, with the residential tower occupying about six lakh square feet.

Pavitra Shankar, MD of Brigade Enterprises, announced the launch of Brigade Icon Residences, featuring 200 luxury units with 3-5 BHKs ranging from 2,700 to 5,500 sq. ft. The project, approved by RERA, will take six years to complete. 

Nirupa Shankar, Joint MD, confirmed one lakh sq. ft. of retail space in the office tower. Executive Director Pradyumna Krishnakumar added that construction has started, with plans for high-end retail on three floors.
