Aamir & Hameeda: A Funky Apartment Standing Out in The Clermont Towers

A Funky Apartment Standing Out in The Clermont Towers

Aamir & Hameeda were approached by SNN builders to do a show apartment for them in their newly acquired venture Clermont. The apartment block was on the 12th level of the 25 floor tower and it overlooked a lovely lake. The clients gave the designers a total free hand and the brief given was that it has to be strikingly different but still acceptable by the various audience that will see it.

The flooring used in the entrance and the rest of the apartment was an Italian marble grey and beige tones mixed. The living room has interesting light elements made in bronze by a company called Henge and a distressed metal wall feature from Decastteli.

The furniture in the living room is from Paola Lenti and Baxte. The open kitchen in a striking navy blue is by Valcucine. The design basically involves clean lines everywhere.

All the bedrooms were treated differently. The smallest bedroom has a suspended bed with a wooden log headboard with an interesting artwork by Varsha and the guest bedroom with smashing colours by an artist. The master bedroom has a bed with a library as a headboard.

The designers brought the contemporary apartment together with the use of traditional Indian artefacts by artist Giri. The Nandi form stands out in a corner, and Kerala masks adorn colour in another. All in all, the interior designers a funky apartment that stood out in the Clermont towers.\
