Sattva Group has introduced two landmark residential projects—Sattva Songbird and Sattva Lumina, both located in the rapidly growing region of North Bengaluru. Read SURFACES REPORTER (SR)’s complete report below:

Sattva Songbird

Located off Budigere Road, Sattva Songbird spans 12 acres, blending urban convenience with natural tranquility. Just 20 km from Kempegowda International Airport, it offers over 1300 apartments and 58 luxury row houses, ranging from studios to 3 BHKs. The development includes a 58,000 sq. ft. clubhouse and extensive amenities amidst lush green landscapes.

Shivam Agarwal, VP – Strategic Growth at Sattva Group, highlighted Sattva Songbird's importance, sayin, “For us, this isn’t just another project. It’s about creating spaces where life unfolds naturally—where families grow, friendships are formed, and everyday moments feel special. Budigere Road is evolving, and we want to be at the center of that transformation, providing homes that connect people with both the city’s energy and nature’s peace.”

Sattva Lumina

Located on the Yelahanka-Doddaballapur Main Road, Sattva Lumina covers 13 acres and sets a new standard for luxury living. The high-rise towers offer a range of studio, 1, 2, and 3 BHK homes in G+29 structures. At the heart of the development is a 25,000 sq. ft. retail mall, offering boutique shopping, vibrant cafés, and fine dining options, making everyday activities an enjoyable experience.

Expanding the Footprint

The launch of Sattva Songbird and Sattva Lumina is part of Sattva Group's broader vision for urban living. In 2024 alone, the group has unveiled five major residential projects, catering to diverse demographics—from first-time buyers to seasoned investors.

Looking ahead, Sattva Group aims to launch over 18 million square feet of residential space across Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Mumbai by the end of this fiscal year, further strengthening its presence in India’s thriving real estate market.
