Serene Atmosphere & Private beaches

Alibaug is known for its picturesque locations and beautiful beaches. The coastal town has almost 15 golden sand beaches offering the quaint atmosphere craved against the city hub-bub. They provide the perfect escapade to celebs who do not have the luxury of privacy in Mumbai.

Connectivity yet seclusion

The city is just a short ferry ride away from Mumbai. In addition, the Maharashtra government, in order to attract more HNIs has started a slew of infrastructure projects. These include more jetties to Alibaug, 6 laning of Mumbai Goa National Highway, 12 lane multi modal corridors from Virar to Alibaug, Mumbai Trans Harbour Link, which will reduce the travel time to 2 hours from Mumbai and Upcoming Navi Mumbai Airport.

Top luxury players

As the connectivity to the town increasing, many luxury real estate players have started up their projects in the city. A number of reputed developers like Hiranandani, House Of Abhinandan Lodha, Pushpam Group etc., have initiated their projects in Alibaug to cash on the opportunity. Keeping in view the last pandemic, the developers are offering state-of-the art amenities to woo the HNI buyers. These include sea-facing property, private beaches, uber-luxury decor, terrace Jacuzzis etc.,

Higher ROI

The land rate per square feet in Alibaug is sky rocketing. According to the reports, the parcel of land which were available for Rs 250-300 sq ft till 2007 are now being sold at almost ten times higher rates. As India is becoming a preferred destination for overseas investors, Alibaug is rising like a shining star.
