Brad Pitt & Jennifer Aniston’s Honeymoon Mansion that has just been sold!- Take a look

The beautiful 11,173-square-foot home lies in the heart of Beverly Hills has just been sold out. The Mr. & Mrs. Smith Actor and F.R.IE.N.D.S. actress bought the mansion in the year 2000 when the got married for for $13.5 million, and owned together until one year after their 2005 divorce.

A True Vintage

Other than witnessing the fairly tale romance of Pitt and Aniston, the mansion has great history as one of the first movie star mansions in Beverly Hills. It was originally built in 1934 for two-time Oscar-winning actor Fredric March.

The luxurious Abode

Nestled into a bit over an acre on a quiet cul-de-sac with gated entrances on two streets, five bedrooms and thirteen baths between the main house and a one-bedroom guest house, the mansion is a treat to eyes.

It includes Formal rooms that are large with the dining room capable of seating 20 guests and the bar room with its original fireplace, eat-in gourmet kitchen and gym.

The lower-level living room and bar-screening room open to the swimming pool terrace. Grounds are tropical and thick with mature greenery.

Renovation by the Ex power couple

Brad and Jennifer made a lot of changes in the design and décor of the place as per their exquisite taste. During the three year renovation plan which they commenced soon after their marriage, they replaced the kitchen floor with heated marble, designed and installed a pub with floors sourced from a 200-year-old French château and added a private screening room. They also added a tennis court and pavilion with a guest house on the upper level.

The home is now sold at $32.5 million in an off-market deal much lower than its originally listed price of $56 million.
