With uncertainty in lockdown due to Corona crisis, ‘work from home’ has become a compulsion. Spacewood has implemented it from 21st of March. All key people and their operational teams are working from home. Marketing, Designing, Finance, Planning are key functions which are operating from home as of now. We have no choice but to make WFH effective. All efficiency will depend on the type of work allocation, monitoring it closely and reviewing it. The key is to use digital tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, Hangout.
Manufacturing is affected but we are positive that this will end soon.
This is the time when one can do all non-production related jobs such as analysis of sales, product movement, profitability study, design development, cost analysis etc.
One more take away is that we will also get used to work from home culture.
