We have implemented WFH since 19th March. Design offices while brainstorming on a particular project require the whole team to be together, sketch out the ideas. This process is a little challenging from WFH.

Although if the project concept is finalised and the project is in the design stage, it is actually better to work in isolation and develop detail designs without distraction.

All the files of the current interior project was shared with the complete team, and detail roles were defined. We are sharing files on daily basis and giving feedbacks and keeping ourselves updated. However, our prototyping and sampling requirements for the ongoing projects has become a challenge as we have requested all our artisans and workshop to remain closed till the end of March.

Success mantra for WFH

It is better to stay on your routine for work, follow the office timing. Get up in between, relax, take your tea coffee breaks. Log out when you have put in your hours and enjoy the extra time in hand to relax.

Talking to the team regularly, via zoom or google hangouts or simply by calls is necessary. It is easier to face this challenge together as a team, during isolation.
