Advanced Technology Center was a government priority project wherein client had a very short deadline to complete. In an average span of 9 months, the 65 centres are executed and handed over for operation. The Construction technology, Efficient planning & Close monitoring were unique features in this which contributed to successful competition of the project.
DESIGN IDEA
As the Design and Project Management Consultant for the Advanced Technology Centres across Telangana, the mandate was to transform conventional vocational campuses into future-ready Industry training environments. The intervention focused on architectural designing, spatial optimization and infrastructure modernization to align technical education facilities with contemporary industrial standards.
USE OF PRE- ENGINEERED BUILDING SYSTEMS FOR DESIGN EFFICIENCY
A strategic design decision was the adoption of Pre- Engineered Building (PEB) systems for the primary workshop blocks. This enabled large-span, column-free interiors essential for robotics labs, automobile bays, EV zones and CNC training facilities. Alongside the architectural design, the PMC role ensured coordinated execution, quality control, and phased implementation across multiple districts.
KEY FEATURES
The design had clear zoning between industrial training areas and academic or administrative blocks. The centers have Industrial-grade flooring and structural systems designed for high-load applications and for classrooms. Material choices, including Johnson Tiles, contribute to the project’s overall structural efficiency. Known for her emphasis on clarity, functionality, and sustainable design, her work spans institutional, infrastructure, and public-sector projects across the state. Aarvee, established in 1989 and headquartered in Hyderabad, is an infrastructure consultancy with expertise across multiple sectors. Among its notable works are the IT Tower at Nalgonda and several advanced technology centres across Telangana. The firm is currently engaged in key public projects, including medical and educational infrastructure developments in Narayanpet, Wanaparthy, Nagarkurnool, Achampet, Gadwal, and surrounding regions.
