Casagrand & SHINE GOGLOBAL partners for $300M Investment to Shape Kanniyakumari into Indias Cape Town

Casagrand Contracts (CGCPL) and SHINE GOGLOBAL collaborate for Project MAN, aiming to transform Kanniyakumari into a conscious tourism destination, envisioning it as India’s Cape Town. Project MAN seeks to create a thriving tourism community in Kanniyakumari through regional and global growth initiatives.

Development Components

The first phase includes a 1000-seater convention centre, a mall with 100 shops and a theater, an SME Acceleration Center, professional and hospitality training programs, and a 50-room resort/hotel space. Emphasis will be on fostering economic growth and creating a landmark destination for future generations.

Metaverse Integration

Project MAN embraces the future of technology by introducing Metaverse elements, including online malls and games. 

Casagrand Contracts will oversee the development of the project components in the first phase. Mandeep Singh, COO of Casagrand Contracts, expresses commitment to ensuring the success of every aspect of the development.
