Positioned in close proximity to the Indira Gandhi International Airport (IGIA), Hotel Marriott Marquis and St. Regis Aerocity will redefine the hospitality landscape.

The contemporary and traveler-centric Hotel Marriott Marquis, boasting 590 rooms, will feature three dining rooms and a vibrant 'Greatroom' Lobby, designed to serve as a social hub within the hotel.

On the other hand, St. Regis Aerocity, with its 189 luxury rooms and suites, will pay homage to the flagship hotel of Marriott International, St. Regis New York, with the theme 'New York Delhi.'

In a significant development, DB Hospitality, a brand under DB Realty, is concurrently developing a convention center spanning approximately 7.7 acres of land.
