Ruchi Gehani and Rashi Bothra, principal designers and co-founders of Azure Interiors, give a plush and glamorous appeal to this bungalow in Raipur, Chhattisgarh using tasteful design elements. The use of fluted glass, wood, mirrors, plush fabrics and bold hues exude a sense of glamour and sophistication. Spread over an area of 24,000 sq ft, the bungalow accommodates a lounge room, double-height living space, a gym room, six bedrooms, a home theatre, spa room, home office, and a garden area. The client who is in the realty sector desired a home that evokes luxury vibes. To fulfill this, the designers make generous use of Italian marble, plush furniture, fluted panels, stones, mirrors with the subdued colour palette.
Glass and Metal Door in the Foyer Area
Metal and glass main door is the focal point of the foyer area. It looks like a fixed panel when not in use. The area has multiple doors. Veneer is used in such a way that it camouflages all the doors.
Console has a very interesting pattern and is made up of fluted metal sheet on legs and tinted glass on top. Fabric based Metallic wallpaper has been used as a backdrop for the console.
Fluted Panel Feature Wall Accentuates Living Space
Panels of fluted metal have been used which is quite an exclusive material as the backdrop of the sofa. Sofa is an amalgamation of leather and velvet in wine color giving it a very luxurious look.
On the left-hand side one can see panels of metal with fluted glass used in an angular form to divide the area. Entire area has wooden flooring. Center table has multiple small tables used as a set made up of different materials like fabric, metal and wood.
The Double height area has panelling of veneer and Italian with detailing of metal trims. Sofa has leather fluting and the center table is made up of statuario in Satin finish and brass.
Plush Bedrooms
This glamorous bedroom for a newly married couple brims with bold and vibrant design elements. The dark theme with Black Portoro marble flooring and brown walnut veneer walls highlighted with brushed brass metal strips is accentuated by a jazzy feature bed back wall consisting of mirrors with teal profile and matt black finish.
The mirror finished side tables add further gleam to the setting. The bed with a wing headboard and ottoman are finished in velvet upholstery. The abstract carpet is customised to perfectly complement the colours. And the pendant lights from Sans Souci add a stunning accent feature.
A masterful fusion of surface details creates a luxurious, yet elegant bedroom for an elderly couple. The bed back wall features a combination of embossed and plain fabric cladding with metal detailing.
Veneer paneling in angular form camouflages the dressing door, while adding a dynamic detail. With a large window allowing ample sunlight in, this bedroom with a cosy seating area, is acomfortable haven for the couple.

A Dose of Sophistication in The Dining Area
The dining wall has Italian marble strips used in different sizes and levels. The crockery unit is in PU and has an Italian Marble top with a recessed washbasin made of the same marble to hide the view of the basin.
Above the unit, a mirror on the wall was placed to give some depth to the area and suspended some artwork on it to create an interesting look.
Italian Cladding in Washrooms
The washroom is simply done in Italian cladding with angular grooves pattern on basin wall and shower wall.
A marble wall is created to separate the wet and dry areas and the same partition is used as a backdrop for the basin.
Mirror is bespoke and has inbuilt lights with a metal frame.
The very elegant and striking powder room has mosaics on the upper half of the wall. Wisely, the use of a mirror doubles its effect. Floor and the lower half have Saint Lauren Italian. Vanity finished in PU and brass hardware completes the look.
