Mitisha Vora has worked both; in India and the United Kingdom. While her basic education happened in Ahmedabad, she added to her designing qualifications in UK.
Her design philosophy encompasses purpose, definition and focus by using layers of color, light and texture to add variety and richness. She believes that innovation and creativity based on common sense and basic human needs brings about good Design. And learning doesn’t cease as knowledge and inspiration come from all walks of life and every single moment. 'Share what you Know' has been a guiding thought she carries. With these design concepts, her 15-year portfolio comprises of educational spaces, healthcare units, residences, offices, bars, restaurants etc.
Her presentation in the IIID event “10 for now – season 4” was well appreciated and enjoyed by all design lovers. Her various projects have been published in several magazines. She is an active member of IIID (Indian Institute of Interior Designers), Ahmedabad chapter. She visits CEPT as TA and several other institutes of Design to take lectures and to participate in student Jury.
