Swathi is an Award-Winning Interior Designer with many completed projects under her Belt. She heads the accomplished design-firm, Architecture plus Value along with her partner/husband, Vigneswar. An Engineer by education, Swathi found her true calling in Interior designing. Designing a beautiful home is an art and executing that design is a science. Swathi began her Career as a Programmer at TCS after completing her B.E from Sastra University. Her passion towards good design and taste for finer things in life led her to complete her Degree in Interior Design from Annamalai University. Her approach has always been ‘People-First’ which makes her good at anticipating people’s needs and patiently incorporating all their requirements. Her designs have a humane quality to them which gives her an edge in designing Home and Office Interiors.

The firm has experience handling projects of varying typologies like residential, commercial, leisure, institutional, heritage conservation and architectural research. We are currently handling more than 2-million square feet of projects in Chennai, Bangalore and other places, many of which have received recognition in National and International Platforms.
