In addition to the main ground, which will meet ICC standards, there will be a scoreboard, flood lights, corporate boxes, VIP lounges, offices, broadcasting circuits, press conference zones, kitchen and dining spaces, as well as a practice field. The works will cover 30.67 acres.
Aside from finishing the site, MEP services, and external development are also included in the work scope. EXIM Bank is funding the project to build hi-tech IT parks at four locations across Bangladesh. The business has secured another order from the Bangladesh Hi-Tech Park Authority.
Sustainable Features
To meet LEED Gold rating requirements, necessary works such as civil engineering, finishes, façade and electromechanical services are planned. This order adds to the growing list of contracts picked up from both India and Bangladesh.
The scope of work will also include HVAC, lift installations, electrical fittings, firefighting systems, public health engineering, networking and security systems, as well as building management systems. As part of this initiative, other services such as site development, roadways, boundary walls and landscaping will also be provided.
