The project, known as Ashiana Amarah, is situated at Sector 93 in Gurugram, Haryana. The entire Phase 3 of the Ashiana Amarah project was sold out within the first 15 minutes of its launch, with 800 cheques received for 224 units.

The project was oversubscribed four times within the short span of 15 minutes, indicating significant demand for the properties.

Factors Contributing to Success

Ankur Gupta, Joint Managing Director of Ashiana Housing, attributed the oversubscription to the company's brand valueexecution track record, and the unique "kid-centric" concept of the project.

Ashiana Housing plans to launch Phase 4 of the project in the coming quarter, indicating continued growth and development.

Ashiana Housing is listed on the stock exchanges and is one of India's leading real estate firms. It operates in nine cities across India and has delivered over 23 million square feet to more than 17,000 buyers.

Market Context: Residential property sales in Delhi-NCR saw a significant increase, more than three times, during the January-March period compared to the previous year, according to PropTiger data.
