Home e Magazine Wood Panel & Boards

Wood & panel is a general term for a variety of different board products, which have an impressive range of engineering properties. The industry includes engineered wood products like Engineered Wood, Wooden Panel, MDF, HDHMR, HDF, WR, Particle Board, Pre finished board, Blockboard, MR Grade, BWR Grade Plywood, etc is a robust library of far-reaching woodworking content.

If you take care of it, Wood paneling can last for a longer period.

Engineered Wood: It is a man-made wood product which is manufactured by fixing the strands, particles, fibres, or veneers or boards of wood, together with adhesives.

Wooden panels are sheets made from wood-based materials that are bonded together with an adhesive.

MDF: MDF(Medium density fibreboard) is made by breaking down hardwood or softwood residuals into wood fibres, later combining it with wax and a resin binder. Panels are formed by applying high temperature and pressure.

HDHMR: High Density High Moisture Resistance is an upgraded term of plywood. it is used to develop tough and robust wooden usage. It is used as kitchen shutters, packing industry furniture, outdoor fixtures, etc.

HDF: High density fibreboard is much harder and denser than particle board or medium density fiberboard (MDF) for flooring.

WR: Water Resistant Board has a water resistant core designed to satisfy managerial requirements for wet area applications in non fire rated systems.

Particle Board: It is also known as clipboard that is manufactured from wood chip and synthetic resin or suitable binder, later pressed and extruded.

Block board: It is made up of softwood strips and veneers. Blockboards are used to make wardrobe doors, doors, paneling, and partition walls.

MR Grade Plywood: It is popularly known as commercial plywood. It is an important ingredient for all types of furniture.

BWR Grade Plywood: It is an ideal choice for making furniture used outside like lawn chairs, garden tables, and chairs used in restaurants and cafes.

BWP Marine Grade: Boiling Water Proof plywood is ideal for applications that are frequently exposed to water.

LVLC - Laminated Veneer Lumber: It uses multiple layers of thin wood assembled with adhesives. It is used for industrial applications like headers, beams, rim board, and edge-forming material.

Pre Laminated Plywood & Boards: It is fabricated from excellent base materials and advanced technology. With superior finish, it is highly durable and resistant to corrosion and abrasion.

Flush Door: It consists of wooden slats stacked upon one another. Flush doors are stiff, impact resistance and possess high strength.

WPC: Wood Plastic Composite Board - It is the best alternative to natural wood as well as plywood. The boards have more internal strength.

PVC Board: PVC Board
